Shipping Methods and Timeframes
We work with reputable shipping carriers to offer various shipping options, including standard, expedited, and express shipping. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery time. Before shipping, we will send you a picture of your masterpiece for your final approval.
We offer free insured shipping for all our customers.
We are pleased to ship our products to customers worldwide. Duties and taxes included to Europe and North America. For outside the EU and USA, international shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please note that customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees associated with international shipping.
Shipping Notifications and Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information for your convenience. You can use this information to monitor your package’s progress and estimated delivery date.
All of our chandeliers are custom orders and are not returnable. We at MuranoDIRECT will do everything possible to satisfy your needs.
We will send you a picture of the final chandelier for your approval so that you are 100% satisfied with your order.
Furthermore, we suggest that once you receive the chandelier, verify that there are no dents in the box; if so, take a picture first. If you for any reason receive a broken piece of a chandelier, inform us right away and send us a picture, and we will send you a new piece of the broken chandelier piece.
